Global discovery

Official sources, read properly.

SLETOR researches opportunities from official procurement sources and keeps a link back to each original record. We show exactly which sources are live. Nothing is listed as connected until it works.

How SLETOR works

From public notice to a clear decision.

  1. 01

    We discover.

Our agents read official procurement sources as they update. They pick up new notices, changes, deadlines and cancellations, and store the original record.

  2. 02

    We verify and match.

Each fact is checked against its source and tied to the exact words it came from. We then compare the opportunity with your services, regions, size and certificates.

  3. 03

    You evaluate and pursue.

You see why it fits, where the gaps are and what the buyer asks for. You decide whether to bid. The decision and the bid stay with you.

Opportunity preview

Everything you need to judge it, on one page.

Each opportunity page brings the facts together, with the source, the deadline in the buyer's time zone and the date we last checked it.

Why SLETOR

Built for decisions, not for browsing.

01

Less irrelevant research.

We compare each opportunity with your services, regions and size, so you spend your time on the ones that could fit and skip the ones that cannot.

02

Source-backed information.

Every fact links to the original record and shows when we last checked it. If the source does not say something, we say it is unknown.

03

Better supplier matching.

A match comes with reasons and gaps. A hard rule, such as a required certificate or a reserved lot, always outranks a good-sounding description.

Questions

Where does SLETOR find opportunities?

From official public procurement sources, read through their published APIs and open data under the licence each source sets. Our first sources are UK Find a Tender and the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily (TED). The US SAM.gov feed is planned and needs an API key before it can go live.

The sources section on this page shows which ones are connected right now. We never scrape sites that forbid it.

Does it operate worldwide?

Anyone can use SLETOR from anywhere, and you can pay in pounds sterling. Coverage depends on the sources we have connected, and the sources section on this page shows which regions are live today. We add a new region only when we can read its official source properly and reuse the data lawfully.

How is information verified?

Every fact we show links to the source record it came from, with the time we last checked it. Our checks are automatic. We compare each update against earlier versions, track the notice lifecycle (open, closed, cancelled, awarded) and recheck status and deadlines before a report is delivered.

Where the source does not say something, the report says it is unknown. We do not fill gaps with guesses.

Can SLETOR guarantee a contract?

No. Buyers decide who wins, and they follow their own rules. SLETOR helps you find relevant opportunities and decide which ones are worth your time. It does not bid for you, speak to buyers for you or promise any outcome.

What is included in a report?

A report covers one opportunity for one supplier. It has a short summary, the verified facts with their sources, a fit assessment against your profile, eligibility gaps, the key requirements, risks and unknowns, the timeline and suggested next steps. You can read it on the web or download it as a PDF.

See the sample report for the full layout.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account. It stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

We recheck every opportunity at its source before writing your report. If it has closed, been cancelled or awarded, or its deadline has passed, we do not produce the report and refund you in full automatically.

If we cannot verify an opportunity or deliver the report for any other reason, we do not send a guessed report. We tell you, and a person reviews the order and refunds it where we cannot deliver. Your legal rights as a customer are not affected.
